Bio

i am half southern girl and half california girl. currently i live in johnson city, tn with no immediate plans for removal; but at heart i am a wanderer, and i never stay put for long. san francisco is the love of my life. i am homesick wherever i go. i like to write stories, and take pictures, and i used to paint. someday soon i'll take that up again. i hope to make a living writing (poetry, novels, screenplays) and illustrating (children's books) but i worry that i lack the self-discipline.

in generic groups, people are hard for me to take, and i can be pretty critical and harsh sometimes. once i make friends, however, i am fiercely loyal and generally more kind. i like intellectuals, and i like people with a good sense of humor. mine can be extremely snarky but i'm okay with that.
